You will shape the service, drive team performance, and manage governance, occupancy, and budgets from a forward-thinking base. A strong nursing background and leadership experience are essential to succeed.

Qualifikationen

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
• Minimum of three years management experience in a complex care setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with local commissioners.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.

• Provide person-centred, quality-driven care to residents and lead continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop the home team to meet KPIs and quality standards.
