Allied Care in Plymouth seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead Honeybourne House, a residential and nursing service on one site. You will oversee 20 adults with complex needs, supported by an established team including an Assistant Manager, Clinical Lead, Registered Nurses and care staff.

You will drive strong leadership, person-centred care, governance and quality assurance, ensuring CQC compliance and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience managing senior care services for adults with complex needs.
• Strong leadership and governance experience.
• Knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding.
