Job summary

Exemplar Health Care's Walton Grove in Oldham is seeking a Home Manager to lead a 40-bed nursing home for adults with complex needs. You will have autonomy to shape services, drive improvements and lead a capable team with a person-centred approach.

Applicants must hold an NMC PIN and have at least three years of management experience in complex care, plus excellent communication, governance understanding and the ability to build strong relationships with commissioners and staff.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with NMC PIN.
• Minimum of three years management experience in a complex care setting.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and manage a home.
• Strong governance, compliance and quality improvement awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
