Qualifications

• Current NMC Registration (Registered Nurse).
• Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager.
• Experience managing nursing/complex care services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and performance of the home.
• Inspire, develop and support your team to deliver outstanding care.
• Ensure the home meets regulatory and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, resources and contracts effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and service development.
• Lead strategic initiatives to support future growth.
• Participate in the shared out-of-hours on-call rota.
• Provide clinical nursing cover when required to support the service.
