Job summary

Davies is seeking a File Handler within its Industrial Disease team in Birmingham to manage a caseload of NIHL claims and deliver strong client outcomes. You will own end-to-end aspects of the claims process, including document review, disclosure, and progression of cases, in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling NIHL disease claims.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage caseloads independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads of NIHL claims from initiation to resolution.
• Assess causation and quantum on NIHL cases.
• Prepare reports and disclosures; progress claims with clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders and provide clear instructions.
• Ensure all work aligns with professional standards and firm values.
