Job summary

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker for waking nights in Norton Canes, Cannock. You will help children aged 3–18 with learning disabilities, supporting night-time routines and daily care in a nurturing home environment.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a compassionate, patient approach, and the ability to build trusting relationships with the young people and their families.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Open to ongoing development and learning with support from the team.

Responsibilities

• Support night-time and morning routines for young people.
• Help with bedtime, morning prep and meals.
• Provide personal care during the night and be available to assist when needed.
• Keep clear records and maintain care plans.
