Job summary

Culina Group in Worksop is looking for a confident, hands-on Warehouse Nightshift Team Leader to join our Contract Logistics operation. You will lead a team to deliver excellent service for key customers in a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of warehouse colleagues across the operation
• Drive shift performance to ensure productivity, service and operational KPI targets are achieved
• Promote high standards of health, safety and compliance; complete records
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to meet customer and audit standards
• Deliver team briefings and clear communication for priorities
• Support goods in/out and stock to ensure efficiency
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance
• Support investigations and company procedures as needed
