Job summary

Culina Contract Logistics in Worksop is seeking a confident Nightshift Team Leader to guide a warehouse team in a fast-paced operation. You will support the Shift Manager to drive productivity, maintain safety standards and ensure top-tier customer service across the night shift.

The role requires proven warehouse and leadership experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work with IT systems to track performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills to share information clearly.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and help achieve targets.
• Confidence using IT systems and standard applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of warehouse colleagues across the operation.
• Drive shift performance to achieve productivity, service and KPI targets.
• Promote high standards of health, safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to meet customer and audit standards.
• Deliver team briefings and maintain clear, informed communication.
• Support goods in and warehouse operations to ensure stock is efficiently handled.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance.
