Culina is seeking a confident Warehouse Nightshift Team Lead for its Worksop contract logistics operation. You will lead a team, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality and customer service standards are met during the 22:00–06:00 shift.

Role focuses on team development, efficient goods-in processes and adherence to procedures. Night shifts include a tailored pay package and opportunities for progression within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Competenze

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience.
• Comfortable handling alcohol products in Beer, Wines and Spirits.
• Strong communication skills to share information clearly.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and meet targets.
• Proficient with IT systems and standard applications.

Job Description

Salary: £15.46 per hour (£12.71 per hour + £1.75 per hour Night Allowance + £1 per hour Team Leader Allowance)

Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday / 22:00 - 06:00

We are looking for a confident and hands‑on Warehouse Nightshift Team Lead to join our Contract Logistics operation in Worksop . This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast‑paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers.

In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.

• Lead, organise and support a team of warehouse colleagues across the operation
• Drive shift performance to ensure productivity, service and operational KPI targets are consistently achieved.
• Promote high standards of health, safety, hygiene and compliance, making sure all processes and records are completed accurately.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to ensure the operation meets customer and audit standards.
• Deliver team briefings and clear communication so colleagues stay informed, engaged and focused on priorities.
• Support the smooth running of goods in and warehouse operations so stock is received, handled and made available efficiently.
• Coach, support and develop team members to maximise performance and encourage progression.
• Support people processes, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally within a fast‑paced operation
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Comfortable handling alcohol products within a Beer, Wines and Spirits operation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• A proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.
• Professional, approachable and supportive in the way you work with others.
