Culina Group in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to drive a chilled distribution operation. This hands-on role requires you to motivate colleagues, maintain loading accuracy and ensure service standards align with customer expectations.

Based in a chilled warehouse, you will work 3 on 3 off from 18:00 to 06:00, in a permanent full-time position. Salary is paid annually with NSP enhancements and a strong focus on safety and quality controls.

Qualifikationen

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to share information clearly.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• MHE/PPT licence or experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to motivate teams to meet KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team, maintaining high standards of discipline, productivity, accuracy and performance.
• Deliver daily operational targets, including despatch deadlines, delivery requirements, loading accuracy and KPIs.
• Coordinate training and compliance to keep colleagues qualified in loading procedures, FLT, PPT and manual handling.
