Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Nights Warehouse Supervisor to join the Heathrow team. You will oversee the night-time warehouse operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive efficiency while ensuring safety and standards are met.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will manage rotas, training, and cross-department collaboration to keep processes running smoothly. The role requires prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting, strong communication, and a counterbalance forklift

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fast-paced Warehouse/Logistics environments.
• Experience in supervising and motivating teams to hit performance targets.
• Clear communication skills and ability to handle pressure and conversations effectively.
• Strong prioritisation and time-management under tight deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office and warehousing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
• Assist planning and forecasting of staff, rota management and annual leave.
• Ensure labelling, sortation and productivity targets are met while maintaining quality.
• Induct and train new staff and contractors for safe and effective performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the business.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.
• Uphold company policies and maintain a safe working environment.
