Job summary

Careline Lifestyles - Bowes Court in Bishop Auckland is seeking caring and resilient Support Workers to join our team. You will provide person-centred support to residents in our Bowes Court service, helping them build independence and enjoy everyday life.

No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided and an Enhanced DBS check is required for the role. We offer induction, ongoing training and a supportive team environment in a permanent, full-time position.

The Role

Location: Bowes Court, Evenwood, Bishop Auckland, DL14 9RE

Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour

Hours: 1945-0800, full-time

Job Type: Permanent

As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to the people living in our service, helping them build independence, achieve their goals and enjoy everyday life.

You could be supporting someone with their daily routine, accessing the community, taking part in activities, developing life skills or simply providing reassurance when they need it.

Your Key Duties

• Providing person-centred support in line with individual care plans
• Supporting with daily living activities and personal care where required
