Job summary

HTC Reading is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for the night shift in Croydon. You will monitor progress, manage warranty processes, and lead workshop staff to ensure timely, quality service.

The role requires at least 5 years' experience with HGV and trailer maintenance and a proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to maintain high standards and safe operations.
