Job summary

HTC Belvedere in Croydon is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead the night shift and ensure on-time service delivery. You will monitor progress, review job cards, manage warranty and additional work, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience in HGV and trailer maintenance, with proven leadership, communication and organisation skills, a proactive customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently with
