Job summary

Htc Guildford is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for night shift duties at our Croydon site. The role focuses on overseeing workshop activities, ensuring timely job completion, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HGV and trailer maintenance, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. You will supervise workshop staff and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HGV and trailer maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job progress, review job cards, and ensure accurate job timing for costing purposes.
• Manage all warranty and additional work procedures, ensuring correct documentation and customer authorisations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Supervise and support workshop staff, providing leadership.
• Ensure workshop cleanliness, compliance with Health & Safety, and adherence to all company and legal standards.
