Job summary

HTC Group in Croydon is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to join the night shift. You will monitor job progress, manage workshop staff, and ensure timely completion and documentation.

You will uphold health and safety standards, build strong internal and external relationships, and drive a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HGV and trailer maintenance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job progress, review job cards, and ensure accurate job timing for costing purposes.
• Manage all warranty and additional work procedures, ensuring correct documentation and customer authorisations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Supervise and support workshop staff, providing leadership.
• Ensure workshop cleanliness, compliance with Health & Safety, and adherence to all company and legal standards.
