Job summary

HTC Oxford is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for night shift-based work at our Croydon site. You will oversee workshop activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

Lead a small team, maintain safety and quality standards, and liaise with internal and external customers to deliver reliable service. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in HGV and trailer maintenance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job progress, review job cards, and ensure accurate job timing for costing purposes
• Manage all warranty and additional work procedures, ensuring correct documentation and customer authorisations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure consistent service delivery
• Supervise and support workshop staff, providing leadership
• Ensure workshop cleanliness, compliance with Health & Safety, and adherence to all company and legal standards
