Job summary

Htc Heathrow Read is recruiting a Workshop Supervisor for the night shift in Croydon. You will oversee workshop activities, monitor progress, and ensure accurate timing for costing while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

You will lead and support workshop staff, build strong relationships with internal teams and customers, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies. The role requires hands-on leadership and a proactive, service-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in HGV and trailer maintenance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
