Job summary

Evri Group in Enfield is hiring a Night Shift Supervisor on a fixed-term contract to lead a dedicated team at Enfield Depot. You will drive performance and ensure smooth night operations across a busy parcel facility.

The role requires strong leadership, proven experience in logistics, and the ability to coordinate with drivers, loaders and supporting teams to meet critical SLA targets. Join Evri and help deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Ability to prioritise and drive performance under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data reporting tools.
• Understanding of transport regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports on the night shift.
• Develop and train reports to ensure SLA targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with site HSES rules and regulations.
• Process BI and MI reports based on drivers and loaders output.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Our Night Shift Supervisor position is for someone who understands how to motivate staff and can efficiently prioritise pressing needs, where there isn’t an obvious solution. Lateral and original thinking would be a benefit as would logistics experience but we are open to experience gained in other related fields. You must be able to work collaboratively and take the lead on projects amongst your peers.

• Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports providing leadership and direction for the shift
• Develop and train reports and ensure SLA’s are hit for the Night shift
• Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
• Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Essential skills and experience required:

• Management experience of leading and managing a team
• Experience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantage
• Must be able to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines
• PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office
• An understanding of Transport regulations ideally
