Job summary

Evri is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor for the Dundee depot. You will lead a dedicated night team, drive performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You’ll coordinate activities to meet tight deadlines while keeping the operation running smoothly through the night.

You will manage up to 50 direct reports, develop staff, and deliver BI/MI reporting to guide decisions. A proactive, collaborative leader with logistics experience will fit well in this role.

Qualifications

• Management experience with leading a team.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Ability to work independently in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines.
• PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of Transport regulations (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports providing leadership and direction for the shift.
• Develop and train reports and ensure SLA’s are hit for the Night shift.
• Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations.
• Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Our Night Shift Supervisor position is for someone who understands how to motivate staff and can efficiently prioritise pressing needs, where there isn’t an obvious solution. Lateral and original thinking would be a benefit as would logistics experience but we are open to experience gained in other related fields. You must be able to work collaboratively and take the lead on projects amongst your peers.
