Sainsbury's Limited is hiring a Customer and Trading Manager for the Nightshift at the Chichester Store. The role is full-time on a fixed-term assignment ending 30 January 2027, with a base salary from £38,950 plus a £4,500 premium for night shifts, and location in Chichester, PO19 7YR.

You will lead a night team to deliver replenishment, manage a full shift, ensure safe operations, and set the store up for morning service. Bonus, benefits, and career development are offered.

Responsibilities

• Overnightly lead replenishment and warehouse activities, prioritising deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Occasionally run full store operations overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are ready for morning service and customer readiness.
• Manage personnel performance, conduct disciplinaries, and handle scheduling/pay accuracy.
