Cera is looking for a Nightshift HICSS Responder to support people in their own homes in South Tyneside. You will help those recently discharged from hospital regain independence and confidence as they recover at home.

Ideal candidates have care experience, a valid driving license, and can cover 3–4 shifts per week. Guaranteed Hours contracts are available, with a 7pm–7am, 4-on/3-off pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience working within care.
• Driver with access to a vehicle.
• Able to work 3–4 shifts per week.
• Guaranteed Hours contracts available.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications as needed and assist with cooking hot meals.
• Support clients with domestic tasks and companionship to improve wellbeing.
