Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a HICSS Care Assistant to support people at home after hospital discharge. You’ll visit clients, provide personal care, medication support, and daily tasks while offering companionship and reassurance to those you support.

The role requires prior care experience, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. It operates on a zero-hours contract with potential to move to contracted hours; weekend shifts and a 7-week rotating schedule are included.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is required.
• DBS check and right to work in the UK required.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
• Weekend work is part of the rota.
• Shifts follow a 7-week rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, medication support, meals and domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and comfort to those you support.
