Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Nightshift HICSS Responder in South Tyneside. You will support clients recently discharged from hospital, helping them recover at home and reduce NHS pressure through compassionate, practical care.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication assistance, meal prep, and light domestic tasks, with a focus on companionship and safety. The role follows a 4-on/3-off pattern and requires a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience working within care.
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
• Able to work 3–4 shifts per week.
• Guaranteed Hours contracts are available.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, and helping with medications.
• Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks while providing companionship and reassurance.
