Job summary

Cera Care is seeking compassionate carers to support clients across Sunderland and surrounding areas. This community-based role focuses on personal care, meals and medication support, visiting clients in their own homes, with a preferred driving licence and access to a vehicle.

We offer flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights, with guaranteed hours after probation and a supportive team using Cera Tech to reduce admin time so you can focus on caring.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
• Experience as a care assistant or caring for a loved one is welcome.
• Full training provided to excel as a professional carer.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes with personal care, medications and meals; visit and travel between client visits.
• Assist with daily living tasks and ensure wellbeing and safety during visits.
