Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland's Todhill service in Stevenston is recruiting for Nightshift Bank Support Practitioners to provide flexible night coverage for residents with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities and dementia.

No prior care experience required; training will be provided. We welcome applicants who are non-drivers and offer mileage allowances, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Willing to work night shifts and flexible across days.
• Non-drivers accepted for these positions.
• You will support individuals with Autism, learning disabilities and dementia.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Assist with cooking and general household chores.
• Attend appointments and accompany individuals to activities.
• Use communication tools to meet each person's needs and manage anxiety.
