Job summary

THE RICHMOND FELLOWSHIP SCOTLAND LIMITED in East Kilbride is seeking Bank Support Practitioners to provide high-quality, person-centred support on a flexible, as-and-when-required basis. You will work with a dedicated team to assist individuals with daily living, including meals, medication, appointments and personal care.

Shifts include early, late, sleepovers, nights, weekends and holidays. It is a role that values empathy, reliability and teamwork while offering opportunities to develop

Qualifications

Caring, empathetic and flexible attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident with computers and digital systems.

Responsibilities

Support with meal preparation and medication as required.
Provide personal care and assist with moving and handling.
Support individuals to attend appointments and community activities.
Encourage hobbies, social opportunities and confidence-building.
Assist with budgeting and daily living skills.
Provide emotional support and help maintain relationships.
