Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is recruiting Nightshift Bank Support Practitioners for their Todhill service in Stevenston. You will work on flexible night shifts, providing support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, with comprehensive training provided.

No prior care experience is required; all staff receive ongoing training and development opportunities. PVG and SSSC registration are expected within 3 months of starting.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; focus on values and transferrable skills.
• PVG and SSSC registration will be required within 3 months of start.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with Autism and complex learning disabilities.
• Assist with personal care, cooking, shopping and appointments as needed.
• Provide nightshift support as part of a bank contract with flexible nights.
• Participate in in-house training to develop skills and career progression.
• Adhere to safeguarding and care standards while building trusting relationships.
