Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is recruiting for Nightshift Bank Support Practitioners at Todhill service in Stevenston. This flexible on-call role lets you set which nights you are available and we assign shifts accordingly.

You do not need previous care experience as we recruit on values and transferable skills and provide full training. We support individuals with Autism, learning disabilities, dementia and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; we recruit on values and transferable skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a supportive care environment.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with Autism and associated complex learning disabilities.
• Assist with personal care or prompting for personal care as needed.
• Help with cooking, household tasks, shopping and appointments.
• Work as part of a committed team to promote wellbeing and safety.
