LGH Hotels Management Limited is seeking a dependable Night Team Member for the Holiday Inn Oxford to support overnight operations and ensure guests feel safe, comfortable, and well supported. The role focuses on calm, reliable service, routine procedures, and quiet efficiency to enhance overnight guest experiences.

The position involves assisting with room setups, light maintenance, and providing general overnight support to different hotel departments.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
• Maintain safety and security procedures throughout the night shift
• Carry out regular security checks across the hotel
• Provide general overnight support to hotel departments
• Assist with light maintenance or housekeeping tasks if required
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed
• Serve food and beverages to guests during the night
• Check guests in and out when required
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, following hotel procedures
• Complete basic reports and handover notes for management
