The role suits someone calm, reliable, and practical, who understands that reassurance, routine and quiet efficiency are essential to a positive overnight guest experience.

Qualifications

• Reliable, responsible, and calm, especially during overnight hours.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or security is helpful but not essential.
• Able to work independently while following clear procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries.
• Maintain safety and security procedures throughout the night shift.
• Carry out regular security checks across the hotel.
• Provide general overnight support to hotel departments.
• Assist with light maintenance or housekeeping tasks if required.
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during the night.
• Check guests in and out when required.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, following hotel procedures.
• Complete basic reports and handover notes for management.

The Opportunity
