Job summary

LGH Hotels Management is seeking a proactive and dependable individual to be the first point of contact and support the smooth operation of facilities services at our Maidenhead property. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep the site safe, well‑maintained and responsive to day‑to‑day needs.

The role emphasizes strong security awareness, health & safety practices, and a visible on‑site presence to reassure and assist colleagues and guests.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of facilities services across the property, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and external multi‑agency partners.
• Demonstrate a consistently high level of security awareness.
• Respond promptly to reactive cleaning and maintenance issues, logging and following up.
• Apply strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Provide a visible, reliable presence on site, offering reassurance and support when issues arise.
• Help maintain a safe, organised and well‑functioning environment for everyone using the building.

We are offering a truly flexible position for a proactive and dependable individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

You will play a key role in supporting facilities services across the property, ensuring they are delivered in an effective and efficient way. Acting as the initial point of contact for key stakeholders and external multi‑agency partners, you’ll provide reassurance, coordination and practical support to keep the site safe, well‑maintained and responsive to day‑to‑day needs.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
