Carlisle Station Hotel, Sure Collection By Best Western, operated by LGH Hotels Management Ltd, seeks a dependable Night Team Member to support overnight hotel operations in Carlisle. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries.
• Maintain safety and security procedures throughout the night shift.
• Carry out regular security checks across the hotel.
• Provide general overnight support to hotel departments.
• Assist with light maintenance or housekeeping tasks if required.
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during the night.
• Check guests in and out when required; respond to emergencies following hotel procedures.
• Complete basic reports and handover notes for management.
