Job summary

Warner Hotels in Studley Castle, Warwickshire, is seeking a Night Team Member to join the front-of-house team. You will support reception, assist the Night Team Leader, and help ensure a smooth night operation while providing warm guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly reception and guest service during the night shift.
• Assist the Night Team Leader and team to ensure smooth night operations.
• Handle guest enquiries and support problem resolution at reception.
• Support wider hotel team as needed to maintain service levels.

Up to £12.71 per hour (dependent on your age)
