Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse - Nights for Tees Grange care home in Stockton-on-Tees. We require RMN, RNLD or RGN with mental health experience to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care across our small units with a strong focus on dignity and independence.

You will join a supportive team at Tees Grange, a forward-thinking provider dedicated to delivering excellent care. The role offers full-time or part-time nights with a competitive hourly rate and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have first-level nursing registration with NMC PIN.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement care for residents.
• Provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care.
• Develop collaborative needs-based care plans through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Safely administer medication.
• Promote health and wellbeing.
• Be the Nurse in Charge of a small unit on shift.
• Manage situations when residents display challenging behaviours.
• Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect.
