Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN) for Tees Grange in Stockton-on-Tees to work nights. You’ll deliver high acuity, nurse-led care for adults with dementia, mental health conditions and neuro-disabilities in a 30-bed home.

You’ll be supported by a strong team and ongoing training, with opportunities to develop skills and progress within a forward-thinking provider. Nights only, full-time or part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
• RMN / RNLD experience with mental health is required.
• Nurse in Charge experience or capability is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement care for residents with complex needs.
• Provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing care and medication administration.
• Lead a small unit on shift and manage challenging behaviours while promoting dignity and independence.
