Job summary
CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an RMN or RNLD Nurse for an exceptional mental health service in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. You will work with adults with complex needs, delivering person-centered care and supporting a 40-hour week with day and night shifts.

Qualifications
- Qualified RMN or RNLD with active NMC pin.
- Experience in mental health or learning disability settings preferred.
- Ability to work in a specialist service for adults with complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care by assessing residents' needs and wishes.
- Develop and update care plans to meet changing needs.
- Communicate professionally with visitors and external stakeholders.
- Ensure medicines are received, stored and administered safely.
- Support and supervise staff to maintain smooth shifts.
- Ensure the team maintains current skills to meet changing needs.
