Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Hylton Grange, Sunderland, to provide high-quality care for adults with complex mental health needs and neuro-disabilities. You will work within a supportive team to deliver person-centred nursing and clinical leadership.

The role requires a first-level NMC registered nurse, with experience in complex care, medication administration and discharge planning. Night shift flexibility and commitment to best practices are essential.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience caring for adults with complex needs is desirable.
• Willingness to work night shifts and be part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement care for residents.
• Provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care.
• Administer medications safely and monitor responses.
• Act as Nurse in Charge on shift and coordinate on-unit care.
