Job summary

Welcome Break's Ramada hotel in Boxworth is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist for an immediate start. You will greet guests, check in/out, handle bookings and payments, and ensure guests have a smooth, welcoming stay.

You will follow safety procedures, keep the reception tidy, and enjoy full training, cycle-to-work, uniform, and career development opportunities. This role offers flexible part-time hours with overtime if desired, free onsite parking, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing role preferred.
• Ability to stay calm in busy periods.
• Willingness to learn new systems (training provided).

Looking for a role where you can meet new people every day, stay busy, and make every guest feel genuinely welcome?

As a Hotel Receptionist at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you'll be the friendly face guests see first (and the helpful voice they speak to last!)

From smooth check-ins and check-outs to answering questions and keeping everything organised behind the desk, you'll help create a great stay for every guest.
