Job summary

Welcome Break Ramada hotel in Boxworth, Cambridge is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist. Immediate start available with flexible full-time or part-time hours and earnings up to £12.85 per hour.

You will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure every stay starts and ends smoothly. You will also manage bookings and payments, answer questions, keep the reception area welcoming, and follow health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Enjoy delivering friendly, welcoming service and helping people feel at ease.
• Stay calm, organised and professional when it gets busy.
• Take pride in getting the details right—bookings, payments, and guest requests.
• Happy to work as part of a supportive team and learn new systems (full training provided).
