Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing individual to join our Customer Service team in Market Drayton. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.

Salary: £28,463 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 19:30 - 06:00.

The Customer Service Administrator supports the daily administration of Customer Services, providing outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment, ensuring a professional and dedicated service.

Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Answering calls for internal and external personnel.
  • Problem solving for clients, customers, and internal departments.
  • Meeting customer and client expectations.
  • Resolving customer and client queries.
  • Collating accurate information for client KPI reports and internal business reporting.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer/client focus.
  • Providing various reports for clients promptly.
  • Checking PODs have cleared on the system, investigating, and clearing unallocated PODs.
  • Chasing outstanding PODs from hauliers, depots, etc.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
