Job Description:

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role based in Market Drayton, offering a salary of £28,463 per annum. The working hours are Monday to Thursday, from 19:30 to 6:00.

The Customer Service Administrator will support daily customer service operations, providing outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:
  • Answering calls for internal and external personnel.
  • Problem solving for clients, customers, and internal departments.
  • Meeting customer and client expectations.
  • Resolving customer and client queries.
  • Preparing accurate reports for KPI packs and internal reports.
  • Maintaining high customer/client focus.
  • Providing timely reports for clients.
  • Checking and clearing PODs on the system, investigating unallocated PODs.
  • Chasing outstanding PODs from hauliers and depots.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
