Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation – cook dishes to recipes and standards, ensure food safety at all times.
• Station Management – supervise your station and keep area stocked and clean.
• Quality Control – maintain high standards of presentation and taste.
• Team Collaboration – communicate effectively with colleagues and support others.
• Menu Development – assist head chef with new recipes and tweaks.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – keep kitchen and equipment clean and in good order.
