BaxterStorey is seeking a Chef/Commis for night shifts (Thurs-Sun, 22:00-04:00) at Castlewood DE55 2JX. You will prepare and cook dishes to the head/sous chef standards, manage your station, and ensure food safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
• Oversee station production and maintain cleanliness per policies.
• Maintain high quality, presentation, and taste of dishes.
• Collaborate with team and assist colleagues as needed.
• Develop/assist in new recipes with head chef.
• Ensure equipment and area are clean and functional.
