• Share your skills with junior team and stay open to learning from others.
• Stay curious - get involved in menu development, bringing fresh ideas and foodie curiosity to the table.
• A love for great ingredients, well-executed dishes, and delivering consistently high standards.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a team spirit and willingness to learn
