No prior experience required as thorough induction and training are provided. You will work as part of a close-knit team, communicating effectively with residents and colleagues to help maintain dignity and independence for our residents.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Efficient, reliable worker capable of following instructions.
• Flexible and adaptable to cover a range of duties on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene to promote independence and dignity.
• Recognise clinical risks (weight loss, pressure areas, falls, infections) and escalate promptly.
• Maintain courteous, respectful interactions with residents and visitors; uphold safety practices.
