Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents and support the care team.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, preserving independence and dignity.
• Recognise clinical risks (weight loss, falls, infections) and escalate when needed.
• Maintain courteous conduct towards residents and visitors and follow safe work practices.
