Times24 UK is hiring a Car Park Attendant for the Bloomsbury Square site. The role involves delivering excellent customer service during 10pm–6am shifts, Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. You will manage car park operations, assist customers, and perform light grounds maintenance with training provided.

No prior customer service or security experience is required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are valued. A full UK manual driving licence is essential for this role.

This is aFulltime role (37.5hours p.w), that will see you working 10pm to 6 am shifts, from Tuesdays to Saturdays, with Sundays and Mondays as rest days.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Car Park Attendant at our Bloomsbury Square site your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the‑art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with Customers: Providing top‑notch customer service with a smile.

• Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.

• Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.

• Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.

• Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).

• Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

Requirements:

No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
