Job summary

Culina in Sheffield is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader for a 4 on 4 off nights shift (18:00-06:00). You will lead a team to deliver on-time stock receipt, storage and order fulfilment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will support the Shift Manager, drive performance, coach colleagues and ensure KPI targets are met across operations. The role offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Clear and confident communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy operation.
• Experience using standard IT systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse colleagues across the operation.
• Drive shift performance to achieve productivity and KPI targets.
• Promote health, safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to meet standards.
• Deliver team briefings and keep colleagues informed and focused.
• Support goods in and warehouse operations for efficient stock handling and availability.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Support people processes in line with procedures.
