Job summary

Culina Group in Sheffield is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader for a 4 on 4 off days shift (06:00–18:00). The role leads a team to ensure productivity, safety, and service standards across a fast-paced operation. Salary up to £28,726 per annum with overtime after 40.25 hours.

You will support the Shift Manager, drive performance, and maintain compliance while developing team members and ensuring customer requirements are met to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills to share information clearly and confidently.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.
• Professional, approachable and supportive in the way you work with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of warehouse colleagues.
• Drive shift performance to meet productivity and KPI targets.
• Promote health, safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks.
• Deliver team briefings and clear communication.
• Support goods in and warehouse operations to ensure stock availability.
• Coach and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Assist investigations and other people processes per company procedures.
